I just wanted to say how pleased I have been following your
hypnotherapy sessions. The homework took a little getting used
to, but once I put time aside I have really started to see the
benefits. I have noticed that I am generally much calmer, better
able to cope both at work and at home and my insomnia is

Fear of Spiders
“Life was a burden, especially when trying to live life with an
unwelcome host (arachnophobia) until I met Pauline, who offered a
relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. During the hypnotherapy
procedure, I listened to her opiate of a voice, gently coaxing me
towards freedom from an anxiety state of being. She enabled me to
see things so clearly from a different perspective, learning that
the ‘anxiety state’ was adopted, it didn’t belong to me. ‘It’s not

"Dear Pauline, I'm doing fine
now. I had felt that I needed a drink ~ sometimes two ~ at
lunchtimes. It had become a kind of dependence. I didn't
feel like an alcoholic but it was a nuisance and was a surprisingly
difficult habit to break. It tended to slow me down for the
afternoon, sometimes sending me off for a nap. it wasted my
time. I consulted Pauline and she gave me a thorough
consultation and treatment which is proving effective.
