Pauline is a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, having attained a diploma in Clinical Hypnosis with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis at the University of Central England, she is also a full member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

She is also a qualified Counsellor having attained a diploma in Counselling and is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Pauline has worked as a counsellor for Worcester Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre and also for Cruse Bereavement Service, before starting her own private practice.

Pauline's continuing professional development has included further training in Anger Management, Self-esteem and depression, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
